Federation is planning a 10-day trip to Israel for only $1,499* + $1659 on El Al** with the possibility of extending your stay for an extra four-day relaxing extension in Israel’s resort town on the Red Sea, Eilat.
The trip is designed for both the repeat visitor and the first timer. There will be opportunities to see familiar sights like the Old City, Masada, and the beach in Tel Aviv, but also to see new attractions like the Davidson Museum, with its spectacular audio-visual show at the entrance to the Southern Wall, and the new Yad Vashem.
The trip will cover all corners of the country, with two nights in Tel Aviv, two nights in the Galil (with a day trip to the Golan Heights) and five nights in Jerusalem from where we will spend Shabbat and travel to among other places the Dead Sea, Masada, and visit our long time partnership communities of Arad and Tamar.
If you haven’t been to Israel in a while, you will be surprised to see what a cosmopolitan country it has become. Alongside its historic sites, Israel has 24-hour cities with thriving nightlife, lively beaches, and several high tech corridors where all the big name companies have R&D as well as manufacturing plants.
In addition to a wonderful hand-picked licensed tour guide, Federation Executive Director Danny Goldberg, who has organized and run dozens of Israel trips over 30 years, will lead and travel with the group.
